There is no none who uses computer and do not know about My Computer. Before starting our tutorial, we must become familiar with my computer and its uses.
This is the shortcut that enables you to access your hard drive and other resources on your computer. Yup this is the resources are of Following types are present
1. Floppy Drives. These are too old to use due to low capacity.
2. Data storage Device: All the devices that stores data
3. CD and DVD drives (including burning drives): Compact disk that are burned with Data on them
4. Removable devices like USB data storage Devices: These devices are plug and play.

6. Scanners: Inputs documents
7. Printers" Outputs Documents and images
8. Video Cameras: Input and output multimedia.
9. Mobile and Smart Phones" Devices used for communication.
10. Fax hardware: Document sending and receiving device.
11. Control Panel: Utilities to control PC
12. Virtual Drives and etc.These are logical devices but works as normal devices

In windows xp and other OS we have used many utilities in My Computer. As control Panel and my documents were the part of MY computer. Some of the utilities were not present in windows 7 but we managed to bring them back via Folder options. But now everything is different in Windows 8 especially in windows 8.1.In this tutorial I will explain you to bring your favorite programs and shortcuts in My Computer.
First press Win+R and a pop of run will appear on your screen. Just type the Following Command

Then go to Microsoft>windows>Network Shortcuts.
